Julius Maritz built CraftConnect SA on a single belief: technology should work for people — not the other way around. Before the agency, Julius spent years teaching computer literacy to South Africans who needed it most — first-time device users, school learners, small business owners finding their feet. That experience taught him something most digital agencies miss: the biggest barrier isn't the technology. It's the gap between what's possible and what people actually feel confident using. That same thread runs through everything he's done — hardware, networking, consulting, repair, training. Not a collection of different careers, but the same question asked in different rooms: how do we make this actually work for the person in front of us?
